HP Laserjet 2600 - Repeated Faded out printing on page

Hello

I find it hard to describe my problem so I included a picture. I have a network HP Laserjet 2600 printer. I cleaned the Transfer Belt plus all the surrounding areas where the toners are placed. I found a little ink leakage on 2 toners so I replaced them. The other 2 toners are fine.

I executed the cleaning mode multiple times.

But for each print job, the words on the top right side of a page would be repeatedly printed. Is this a fuser problem?
